  • Newport will conduct all CAQH Re-Attestations for all CAQH payers.
  • Newport will update all CAQH provider profiles.
  • Expiring document report analysis (e.g., expiring malpractice face sheets, etc.)
  • Newport will assist your revenue cycle team by providing responses pertaining to provider enrollment questions and issues.

Expirables Management

Newport Credentialing not only implements credentialing best practices to get healthcare providers enrolled but also leverages technology to proactively manage expiring credentialing elements – which contributes to keeping these providers enrolled through our credentialing platform!

Given the financial implications of not managing the credentialing lifecycle correctly, practices can simply not afford to implement anything less than a sustainable and repeatable process when real revenue is at stake – any mis-step with updating one or more credentialing document(s) or data element(s) can and likely will result in payment disruption.  This risk is particularly true for large group practices employing hundreds of providers. Without the right resources, technology, and processes in place to successfully manage the many moving pieces in the credentialing platform lifecycle, enrollment can quickly become unmanageable.  Newport’s credentialing platform takes this risk out of the revenue cycle equation.  While automated controls keep tabs on expiring documentation and further automation drives the CAQH provider re-attestation process every 120 days, our operations team provides oversight and account management services to ensure quality and compliance.
